Bug reporting

If you're reporting a bug, it helps us look into it if you can include:

  • The version of Waxcap (Waxcap menu, About Waxcap).
  • The version of macOS (Apple menu, About This Mac).
  • What you were doing when the problem appeared. Roughly is fine.
  • A copy of the app's diagnostic log (Help, Export Diagnostic Log).
  • Any relevant screenshots, if you have them to hand.

If the problem is with one project and you're happy to share it, attach a copy. Choose File, Export, then Save a complete project archive.

If something in Waxcap doesn't work with your assistive technology, please email us and tell us what happened.
