Bug reporting
Include the basics below to make any investigation quicker:
- The version of Write 500 Words (Write 500 Words menu, About Write 500 Words).
- The version of macOS (Apple menu, About This Mac).
- What you were doing when the problem appeared. Roughly is fine.
- A copy of the app's diagnostic log (Help, Export Diagnostic Log).
- Any relevant screenshots, if you have them to hand.

Accessibility reports
Accessibility issues are treated as bugs and go out as free updates. If something doesn't work with your assistive technology, write in with the details.
A note on attachments
Email is not end-to-end encrypted by default. For ordinary support and bug reports that's fine. For anything sensitive, redact before sending.
